– Images used for making customized products will not be shared with any other parties except for the ones who are involved in the making.
– Media shared by the Customer will be erased from our database once the product work is done.
Customer Contact Info, Mails and Messages:
The contact information from the customers at the sign up is stored by us and will only be used to keep updated with limited messages and communication about the collection and updates of the products and services. However DeeRoo Print will not be sharing the contact information with any other parties to spam you with messages

Return Policy:
We at DeeRoo Print, aim to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. While there is no option to return orders as the products are freshly printed according to your specific needs, however, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase, complete assistance would be given to you regarding the same.
Cancellation Policy:
In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we print the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our team to cancel your order. However, the cancellation of orders will be done only if they are respected to below listed terms and conditions:
- You can cancel your orders within one hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at care@deerooprint.com or call at +91-95855 66626 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.
Your orders can also be cancelled if DeeRoo Print team finds your payments have not been received. Check below for further details:
- Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made DeeRoo Print will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.
